Over the Phone Counselling
Sometimes it feels easier to talk when you don’t have to be face-to-face. Over-the-phone counselling gives you the space to open up from the comfort of your own surroundings, whether that’s at home or somewhere else you feel safe.
We will have a private, one-on-one conversation, I will listens with care and understanding. Without the pressure of being in the same room, many people find they can share more freely. Your voice, your words, and even your silences matter — I'm here to support you through all of it.
It’s a simple, accessible way to get the space and support you may need, while feeling heard and never judged.

I invite you to a 15-minute call where we can get to know each better and explore how we might work together effectively. This brief chat will allow us to discuss your needs and ensure that we're a good fit for each other.

If we find that our initial meeting goes well, we can easily arrange weekly counselling to work together on setting and achieving your goals. During these sessions, we will focus on developing a personalised plan, providing you with the support and guidance you feel you need. Consistent communication will help us assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments along the way, ensuring that you feel empowered throughout your journey. Let's take this step together toward your success!

I charge £40 per 50 minute session.
